Questions AboutWorking Together.

Answers to the questions we hear most often. If you don't see what you're looking for, reach out — we're happy to talk through your specific situation.

Services & Scope

We specialize primarily in corporate events — including leadership meetings, conferences, team retreats, client experiences and company milestone events. We also accept select private celebrations such as milestone birthdays, bridal showers and other significant gatherings. We do not position ourselves as a wedding-only company or a children's party service.

Yes. Through our Event Strategy & Coordination service, we offer focused support for clients who have internal resources but need expert guidance, vendor coordination or on-site management. Not every engagement requires full-service planning, and we structure our involvement to fit your situation.

Absolutely. While we are based in Metro Atlanta, we have experience managing events across the country and internationally. Destination and multi-day events are one of our core service areas.

We work across a range of event sizes. Our service levels are designed to scale with the complexity and scope of your event — whether that's an intimate executive gathering or a large-scale multi-day conference.

Process & Planning

We begin with a discovery conversation to understand your vision, audience, priorities, budget and desired outcome. From there, we build an event concept, scope and vendor strategy. Throughout the planning process, we manage communication, logistics and timelines — and on event day, we execute with calm, precise on-site leadership.

For larger or more complex events, we recommend reaching out as early as possible — ideally six months to a year in advance. For smaller events or targeted coordination support, a shorter lead time may be workable. We are happy to discuss your timeline during an initial call.

Yes. When you work with Placed Events, you work directly with Bridget Mahle — from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. We do not hand off clients to junior coordinators.

Managing complexity and change is a core part of what we do. We build contingency plans into every event and approach unexpected situations with composure and clear decision-making. Our goal is to resolve issues before they reach you.

Pricing & Availability

Pricing depends on the scope, complexity and duration of your event. We do not publish flat-rate packages because every event is different. After an initial conversation, we provide a proposal that reflects the specific level of service your event requires.

We work with clients across a range of event budgets. What matters most is that the scope of the event aligns with the level of service required. We will be straightforward with you during the inquiry process if we are not the right fit.

The best way to check availability is to schedule a call or submit an inquiry. We will confirm availability and discuss your event during that conversation.

Schedule a call or submit an inquiry through our contact form. Tell us what you're planning, where you need support and what success looks like. We'll take it from there.
